  • End-user Support - Provides information and assistance on technical issues to users. Ensures functionality of an application and how to maximize its performance.
  • Break-Fix Services - Provides solutions to general concerns and issues related to each application.
  • Application Bug Fix Services - Includes diagnoses, understanding, reproduction (in a test or development environment) and documentation of malfunctioning or non-operative feature or function for analysis and fixing.
  • Application Monitoring and Maintenance - Performs application monitoring, using monitoring tools or monitoring application logs for potential problems.

 

MISNet is currently running a support service center for customers of its Price Management and Microsoft practices.
